These general terms of use specifically control the relationship between Aerobic&Fitness and third parties registered as users and/or that purchase products through the online shop of Aerobic&Fitness SL official website (http://www.aerobicyfitness.com).
1. How to place an order
In our online shop, products are organized in families and subfamilies. By accessing into the product family of interest, and selecting the product, you obtain information about it and you can purchase it.
In order to place orders, the user may provide the requested information and agree to the terms of use. That’s why we recommend that the user reads and accepts these terms.
User’s data are added to a database property of Aerobic&Fitness and will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. The user that is only registered as a purchaser won’t receive any news, discounts or special offers, unless express consent is given.
Some pages of our online shop are accessible to users that don’t start a product purchase. Nevertheless, these users accept the submission to these Terms of Use, as far as they can be applied.

In order to place an order you may follow the steps in the purchase process, where you will find prices, taxes and shipping rates, as well as shipping details, and make the payment through the available means of payment.
Once the order is placed, the user will receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail. It will detail the purchased products, prices, shipping rates and the corresponding means of payment.
This order confirmation is not valid as an invoice, but only as a purchase voucher. Aerobic&Fitness SL will send the corresponding invoice by e-mail.
Orders will be stored on the Aerobic&Fitness SL database for a period of time that, under any circumstances, won’t exceed the limits according to the current law.
2. Products and prices
Aerobic&Fintess SL reserves the right to modify the information of the website at any time (modifications of products, prices, special offers and other commercial and service terms).
Products included in our online shop will correspond to the really offered products in a way as reliable as the web visualization technology allows.
Prices of the products provided in our online shop are given in Euros and include the corresponding VAT. Shipping rates, which will be provided to the user during the purchase process, will be added to these prices and will have to be accepted through the purchase confirmation.
Shipping rates depend on the weight and volume of the ordered products. Equipment orders over 400 € and educational material orders over 200 € are free of shipping rates.
In the event of a misprint, at all times beyond the control of www.aerobicyfitness.com, it will be immediately corrected. If any costumer, because of a misprint in any provided price and based on it, decides to purchase, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel the purchase with no problem.
3. Means of payment
Once the purchase information is validated —products, means of shipment, delivery and invoice address—, it will appear a new website to chose the desired means of payment.
The payment of the products purchase and the shipping rates can be made through different means of payment:
Credit card
Payment with credit card will be made once the order is carried out. All required details in the corresponding section may be filled, providing all its digits, as well as its expiration date.
If the credit card is not issued in Spain, the issuing bank must be under the Safe E-Commerce protocol. Payments with credit cards that don’t fulfill this requirement won’t be accepted. As an alternative, we suggest to pay by bank transfer.
If any of the ordered products is out of stock or it has any expedition problem, the corresponding price will be refunded into the credit card within 20 days.
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are valid.
All payments made by credit cards fulfill the safety requirements guaranteed by La Caixa.
Aerobic&Fitness SL reserves the right to reject any operation made by credit card. In this case, the payment will be reimbursed into the original card.

In order to speed up and guarantee the transfers from a foreign country, you have to provide SIC and IBAN codes to the issuer.
It’s very important that you write the following in the field SENDER or APPLICANT:
Order or reference No – Name and surname.
Once the order is carried out, you have 7 working days to make the bank transfer. Once the income confirmation is received from the bank, we proceed to activate your order. Delivery deadlines start from the income date.
Direct debit
Direct debit is a means of payment only valid for those customers approved by Aerobic&Fitness SL.
4. Shipping
The products purchased through aerobicyfitness.com will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the user after confirmation of payment, and should arrive within thirty (30) days as established by default by the law. Nevertheless, within the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, they should arrive in approx. 4 working days from the payment date, except if they are not in stock. In this case, Aerobic&Fitness SL will contact the user to determine the estimated delivery deadline. Within Canary Islands and the rest of Europe, the delivery depends on the destiny, weight and volume.
Aerobic&Fitness SL undertakes to deliver the product to the address provided by the user in the order form. In order to optimize the deliveries, we recommend that the user provides an address to which the order could be delivered within the usual opening hours.
Aerobic&Fitness SL is not responsible for delivery mistakes in the event that the delivery address provided by the user in the order form is not the real one.
In the event of delivery delays imputable to Aerobic&Fitness SL, the user can cancel the order according to the procedure explained in the section “Return” free of any shipping or return rates. Those cases in which the order has been offered to the user by the shipping company within the agreed deadline but it hasn’t been delivered due to reasons imputable to the user, are not considered delivery delays.
If the user is absent at the delivery appointment, the deliverer will leave a voucher explaining how to proceed to arrange a new delivery appointment.
Shipping rates are not included in the product prices. During the product purchase procedure, the user will be informed about the exact shipping rate.
Shipments up to 10 kg are carried out by BPACK urgent service agency (except international shipments and to the Canary Islands, which will be carried out by AZKAR agency).

The increase of petrol price will be charged every month to the prices showed above.
Aerobic&Fitness charges to the costumer invoice, depending on the destiny, the SAD, taxes, duties or customs clearance regardless of the destiny country.
5. Returns
All products can be returned within 7 working days from the order reception date.
Users may communicate their intention of returning the purchased product(s) through the Contact section of our website or through our Costumer Service at (+34) 938 355 950.
Aerobic&Fitness SL will agree with the user the collection way and day of the products to return. No returns will be accepted without the previous consent of Aerobic&Fitness SL.
In the package must be included a copy of the delivery note marking the returned products and the reason of return.
Shipping rates of the material return will be paid by the user, except if the products are defective or incorrect.
Products must keep their original seal intact. In the case of CDs, videos, and DVDs, returned products without the original seal won’t be accepted, as well as other products which have a particular package, including the corresponding documentation of use and warranty.
The product to return must be correctly packaged and protected for its return.
Aerobic&Fitness SL will refund the price or resend the product after the reception and verification in our warehouse of the package and accessories of the object to return or change.
The price to refund will be the one in the order. The refund will be made through the same means of payment used to pay the order. The refunding period is the one established by the law.
In the event of a defective product, Aerobic&Fitness SL will replace the product with another one in perfect condition. In this case, the replacement will be carried out for the same item or reference and Aerobic&Fitness SL will pay return and reshipping rates.
In the event of an incorrect product, Aerobic&Fitness SL will pay return rates of the incorrect product and shipping rates of the product according to the order.

7. Product Warranty
The warranty of the different products included in the Aerobic&Fitness SL online shop is the warranty offered by the different manufacturers and these warrant that the products are free of defects or hidden defects, and that are not dangerous or unsuitable for a normal use.
Products sold by Aerobic&Fitness SL to ultimate consumer users are protected under the Law 23/2003, July 10, about Purchase Warranty of Consumer Goods.
8. Intellectual and industrial property
All components of the Aerobic&Fitness SL online shop and of every product, information and materials included in them, trademarks, structure, selection, organization and presentation of their contents, and the software used in relation to them, are protected by rights of intellectual and industrial property of Aerobic&Fitness SL and third parties.
The user can’t reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, carry out reverse engineering, distribute, rent, lend, offer, or allow the access to the public through any kind of public communication about any component mentioned in the previous paragraph, except if Aerobic&Fitness SL, or the third parties that hold the corresponding rights, authorize it.
The user may use the materials, components and information obtained through the use of our online shop for their own needs only, forcing themselves not to make a direct or indirect commercial use of these materials, components and information obtained through them.
The user may not elude or manipulate any technical mechanism established by Aerobic&Fitness SL or third parties in the online shop.

The user is responsible for using the shop, purchasing products and using every service in a diligent way, according to the law, moral and these General Terms. Aerobic&Fitness SL will provide the use of personal passwords to the user registered as such on our website. These passwords are necessary to access to the services offered through our website.
Users may keep the passwords, under their entire responsibility, in the most strict and absolute confidentiality, assuming therefore any kind of damage or consequence arisen from the secret infringement or revelation.

These general terms are ruled by the Spanish laws.
The general terms are ruled by the Spanish laws about this subject, which will be subsidiarily applied in case of anything unforeseen by them. (Basically Law 34/2002, July 11, about information services and e-commerce).
In order to resolve any controversy or conflict arising from these terms of use, Aerobic&Fitness SL will be submitted to the applicable law about consumers and users.
